Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a results‑driven product development and merchandising professional to lead end‑to‑end product initiatives in a dynamic retail/e‑commerce environment.

You will coordinate with suppliers, manage development timelines, and drive assortment decisions while ensuring quality and profitability. Excellent English communication and strong organisational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, buying, sourcing or related retail/e‑commerce role.
• Experience coordinating with suppliers and managing development timelines.
• Highly organised with multiple products and projects.
• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Good team player, self-motivated and able to own projects.

Responsibilities

• Product Development: support from concept to launch, research, sourcing, costing and quality checks.
• Product Merchandising: analyse sales, margins, inventory and determine assortment and reorders.
• Consignment & Brand Curation: source and manage brands aligned with the company.
• Supplier & Vendor Management: negotiate pricing and terms, ensure quality and delivery timelines.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with Operations, Retail, E‑Commerce, Creative and Customer Service.

Job Description:

• Product Development: Support and manage the development of Company's products from concept to launch, including product research, supplier sourcing, sampling, costing, specifications, quality checks and production timelines

• Product Merchandising: Analyse sales, margins, sell-through and inventory performance to help determine the right product assortment, quantities, reorders, markdowns and discontinuations across retail and e-commerce

• Consignment & Brand Curation: Source, evaluate and manage consignment brands and products that complement Company’s assortment. Ensure each product is commercially viable, relevant to our customers and aligned with the Company brand

• Supplier & Vendor Management: Build strong relationships with suppliers and vendors, negotiate pricing and commercial terms, and ensure product quality, costs and delivery timelines meet expectations.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Retail, E-Commerce, Creative and Customer Service teams to ensure products are launched successfully, stocked appropriately and continuously improved based on customer feedback and business performance.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in product development, merchandising, buying, sourcing or a related retail/e-commerce role

• Highly organised and able to manage multiple products and projects simultaneously

• Strong communication, negotiation and project management skills
