Job summary

Bizdata Inc in the Philippines seeks an early‑career Associate Product Manager for Solutions & Enablement to translate customer needs into credible, working solutions across Bizdata products. You will bridge product knowledge and field execution across Sales, Pre‑Sales, Consulting, Partners, Customer Success, and Product teams.

You will own solution discovery, hands‑on configuration, customer workshops, reusable assets, and handoffs to accelerate delivery and improve win rates.

Qualifications

• 1–4 years of relevant experience in product management, business analysis, pre‑sales, solution consulting, or related roles.
• Ability to map business processes, ask structured discovery questions, and translate requirements into practical solutions.
• Confident presenter to customers, partners, and internal stakeholders through workshops and demonstrations.
• Strong written communication and documentation skills for solution briefs, playbooks, and handoffs.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned solution and outbound product activities from discovery to working solution and handoff.
• Review sales pipeline to identify high‑priority solution needs and reusable patterns.
• Create and deliver solution demos, prototype workflows, reference implementations, and accelerators.
• Lead discovery workshops covering current processes, data flows, and target design, and prepare agendas and follow‑ups.
• Bridge platform knowledge across Sales, Pre‑Sales, Consulting, Partners, and delivery teams to ensure credible, well‑scoped solutions.
• Develop reusable templates, playbooks, and training content to improve reuse and reduce dependency on individuals.
