Job Description

We are seeking a Product Manager / Technical Supervisor who will lead the technical operations, product implementation, and customer support initiatives for Elkon Concrete Batching Plants in the Philippines. The successful candidate will bridge the gap between sales, service, engineering, and customer requirements to ensure smooth installations, optimal performance, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Lead the installation, commissioning, and technical supervision of Elkon Concrete Batching Plants across client sites in the Philippines.
• Coordinate with overseas HQ, local stakeholders, and service technicians to ensure timely and quality execution.
• Project Management & Supervision
• Product Expertise & Technical Support: Serve as the product expert on Elkon batching systems, automation, software, and mechanical components. Provide on-site and remote technical support, troubleshooting, and after-sales service.
• Client Relations & Training: Engage directly with clients to understand operational needs and provide tailored technical solutions. Conduct operator training and orientation on plant use, safety, and maintenance best practices.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate technical records, service logs, and project reports. Support internal audits, warranty claims, and compliance procedures.
• Feedback & Product Improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Technology, or related technical field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a technical role, preferably in concrete batching, heavy equipment, industrial automation, or similar sectors.
• Proven project management and field supervision experience.
• Strong knowledge of PLC systems, SCADA, industrial electricals, and hydraulic/pneumatic systems.
• Ability to interpret mechanical/electrical drawings and technical manuals.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the Philippines for project deployments and client visits.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Filipino.

Preferred (not required)

• Previous experience with Elkon, MEKA, Liebherr, or similar batching plant brands.
• Valid PRC License (Engineer or Technician).
• Driver’s license (Restriction 1, 2).
