Job summary

V Roque Corporation in Bulacan is seeking a Plant Manager to join our manufacturing team on-site. The role oversees daily operations, drives production efficiency, and ensures safety and quality across all processes.

Requirements: Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent; 5–10 years in manufacturing; strong leadership, planning and problem-solving abilities. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Engineering (Industrial) or equivalent.
• Willing to work in Brgy. Muzon San Jose Del Monte Bulacan.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience in Manufacturing Company is required for this position.
• Interpersonal Skills: must be able to speak with employees, other department managers and senior management.
• Leadership Skills: must be able to motivate employees to keep operations running smoothly.
• Problem-Solving Skills: must be able to quickly ascertain a situation and be decisive in solving it, such as identifying defects in the production line.
• Time Management: Plant managers face production deadlines, shipping dates and more and must manage their time accordingly.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation
• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues
• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities
• Allocate workload and supervise upkeep staff (custodians, janitors etc.)
• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary
• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance
• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers
• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities
• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with
• Required skill(s): Production Management, Control Quality assurance, and Production Planning.
