Globe Telecom, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager for International Transfers to own the end-to-end lifecycle, from conceptualization to launch and ongoing improvement.

You will work with Engineering, UX, Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations to deliver secure, user-friendly cross-border transfer solutions. The role emphasizes data-driven decisions, strong stakeholder management, and collaboration across fast-paced fintech teams, with a focus on growth and adoption of international transfer

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, fintech or payments.
• Experience owning a product from concept to launch and iterative improvements.
• Experience working with Agile/Scrum teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Good understanding of UX/UI principles and customer-centric development.
