You will collaborate across manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and customers to deliver robust products on time and within budget.

We seek hands-on engineers with a track record in Lean, Six Sigma, APQP, FMEA, and ECN/ECO processes, capable of mentoring staff and driving continuous improvement in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering discipline.
• 3+ years in Product or Manufacturing Engineering in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience with NPI, ECN/ECO, and product lifecycle management.
• Lean/Six Sigma knowledge and continuous improvement mindset.
• Familiarity with APQP, FMEA, PFMEA, Control Plans, and RCA tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Product Engineering team to meet departmental goals.
• Manage NPI, product transfer, and ECO implementation.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and production.
• Review engineering docs: drawings, specs, BOMs, work instructions, ECOs.
• Drive root cause analysis and preventive actions for issues.
• Collaborate with global teams, customers, suppliers, and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Monitor KPIs; ensure projects meet schedule and budget.
• Ensure compliance with AS9100, ISO 9001, and regulatory requirements.
• Coach and develop engineers; support audits and inspections.
