Job summary

TE Connectivity is seeking a senior Quality Engineering leader to guide a team of Automotive Quality Engineers in delivering world-class quality for next‑generation products. You will drive APQP, PPAP, FMEA and audit readiness while aligning with customer expectations across NPD projects.

You will coach and develop the team, manage capacity, and elevate quality through continuous improvement initiatives in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading quality engineers in automotive
• Strong knowledge of APQP, FMEA, PPAP and audits
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Familiarity with IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and VDA 6.3
• Fluency in English for global collaboration

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Automotive Quality Engineers with a clear strategic roadmap
• Set and monitor KPIs aligned with customer expectations
• Prioritize quality activities across NPD projects and APQP deliverables
• Drive improvement initiatives across APQP, VDA RGA, and product development
• Escalate quality issues and coordinate cross-functional resolution
• Deliver training to strengthen technical quality expertise
• Support NPD projects with PPAP readiness, FMEA, and control plans
