Qualifications

• End-to-end program management experience for new products and production readiness.
• Lean Manufacturing or Six-Sigma techniques implementation experience.
• Managerial skills and talent development.
• Strong analytical, numerical and reasoning abilities.
• Experience in aerospace, automotive, chemical processing, machining, metal fabrication, composites manufacturing, or assembly practices is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates operational excellence in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and organizational development.
• Strong program management and resource management to successfully execute new programs.
• Ensures effective implementation of product and manufacturing technologies.
• Manages objectives for operating budgets, capital plans, and cost savings targets.
• Achieves inventory turns improvements and manages manufacturing variances.
• Drives continuous improvement tools and processes.
• Drives employee engagement and strategic workforce planning initiatives.
• Standardizes best practices across operational cells.
• Coordinates activities with internal/external suppliers and customers.
• Maintains compliance with regulations and management systems.
• Promotes EH&S safety behaviors in the workplace.
• Supports SIOP to meet on-time delivery and financial targets.
• Develops maturity of BI tools to support material flow.
