Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business Admin (Master’s preferred).
• 5–7 years in supply chain or logistics with 2+ in leadership.
• Experience with ERP SAP/Oracle and inventory management tools.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, inventory, and distribution.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality compliance.
• Monitor stock levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning.
• Analyze supply chain data to identify risks and opportunities for improvement.
• Lead and mentor junior staff in the supply chain team.
• Implement procurement and logistics best practices.
• Ensure compliance with policies and regulations (customs, transportation, environmental).
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to align supply chain activities.
• Support cost-saving initiatives and supply chain digitization.
• Adhere to EH&S practices and report hazards for safety.
