Job summary

Collins Aerospace, a Raytheon Technologies company, is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead complex aerospace programs from inception to delivery. You will own integrated schedules, manage risks, and drive cross-functional teams across manufacturing, supply chain and EH&S to meet objectives.

The role requires strong communication, governance, and a proven track record in leading multi-program portfolios with tight deadlines and high visibility at executive levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of program management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall management of programs and provide program control to facilitate successful completion of program objectives and deliverables.
• Develop, maintain and update integrated program schedule and identify critical path, risks and mitigation plans.
• Identify and manage program bottlenecks and propose solutions.
• Provide and maintain program reports and communicate program status to the Program Management Team (PMT).
• Work with PMT and assist in developing and maintaining program documentation, change proposals and manage program budget and financials.
• Handle low to high risk programs, multiple interrelated programs, or portions of larger programs.
• Assist in developing policies and procedures for program execution.
• Interface with various integrated program teams daily and lead a cross-functional team including management up to executive level.
• Adhere to and promote EHS practices and safety standards across the site.
