You will conduct remote diagnostics, contribute to product innovation, develop knowledge base content, deliver training on new releases, and provide data-driven feedback to cross‑functional teams while keeping a strong customer focus.

Qualifications

• BS/MS in engineering or related field.
• Experience in software troubleshooting and technical support.
• Knowledge of industrial network architectures and automation protocols.
• Familiar with networks, databases, virtual machines, and web apps.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Strong communication to address diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues with AMS products for Machinery Health Management.
• Remote diagnostics to investigate software/hardware issues.
• Contribute insights to product innovation.
• Develop Knowledge Base Articles and technical content.
• Deliver training on new product releases.
• Provide data-driven feedback to Marketing and Technology teams.
• Demonstrate proficiency in computer systems, networking, automation protocols.
