Due to continued growth and increasing project demand, a rare opportunity has become available for an experienced Product Delivery Manager to lead and oversee a portfolio of high-level RTO application projects.

This role will suit an accomplished leader with deep expertise in the VET regulatory framework, exceptional project management capability, and the ability to manage multiple complex client engagements simultaneously. You will play a critical role in shaping successful regulatory outcomes while leading a high-performing applications team.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee all RTO application projects including:
  • Initial registrations
  • Re-registrations
  • Scope additions and removals
  • Change of ownership and legal entity applications
  • Material change notifications
• Manage project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation across concurrent projects
• Review and approve regulatory submissions to ensure quality, compliance, and first-pass success
• Liaise directly with regulators including ASQA, VRQA, TAC, and related authorities
• Provide strategic guidance to clients regarding evidence requirements, compliance obligations, and regulatory expectations
• Lead client meetings, project reviews, escalations, and stakeholder communications
• Mentor and develop the Applications team through coaching, feedback, and capability uplift initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement across systems, templates, workflows, and quality assurance frameworks
• Monitor project budgets, profitability, scope variations, and commercial performance
• Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining strong governance practicesDevelop reporting dashboards and portfolio insights for executive leadership

Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience managing complex RTO application projects within the Australian VET sector
• Strong working knowledge of:
  • Standards for RTOs
  • National Vocational Education and Training Regulator Act
  • ASQA regulatory requirements
• Proven leadership and people management capability
• Advanced project management and organisational skills
• Exceptional written communication and evidence presentation ability
