Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, Compliance, Quality Assurance or related field.
• 3+ years' experience in compliance, QA, or regulatory environments, preferably in RTOs.
• Experience with compliance frameworks, QA processes, and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Self-Assurance Framework aligned with RTO standards.
• Ensure compliance across training, assessment, governance, and operations.
• Develop and manage compliance registers, risk frameworks, and assurance schedules.
• Monitor trainer/assessor compliance, third-party arrangements, and marketing obligations.
• Lead audit preparation and regulatory submissions (ASQA readiness).
• Maintain centralised compliance documentation and evidence systems.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes.
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance alignment.

Our client, a well-established Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO), is seeking a highly driven RTO Compliance Coordinator to join their Makati-based team in a full-time role. This is a highly desirable and niche role within the education and compliance sector, offering strong long-term career pathways.

You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the organisation maintains continuous audit readiness and meets the Standards for RTOs 2025.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Coordinate and maintain the Self-Assurance Framework aligned with RTO standards
• Ensure compliance across training, assessment, governance, and operations
• Develop and manage compliance registers, risk frameworks, and assurance schedules
• Monitor trainer/assessor compliance, third-party arrangements, and marketing obligations
• Identify compliance risks and implement corrective and preventative actions (CAPA)
• Lead audit preparation and regulatory submissions (ASQA readiness)
• Maintain centralised compliance documentation and evidence systems
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and quality assurance processes
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance alignment

Skills & Experience:

Essential Skills and Experience

• 3+ years' experience in Compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory environments. (Australian RTOs Preferred)
• Demonstrated experience working with Compliance Frameworks and/Quality Assurance Processes (Ideally with Australian Clients)
• Strong understanding of:
  • Audit processes and regulatory frameworks and expectations
  • Evidence-based compliance and validation practices
  • Risk management and continuous improvement frameworks
• Proven ability to manage compliance systems independently.
• High-level attention to detail and document control capability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a compliance mindset.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 skills (Excel, SharePoint, Teams, Word).

Preferred Experience - Non-Essential

• Experience coordinating compliance or quality assurance functions
• Direct experience implementing or working within a Compliance and/or Quality-Assurance Models
• Australian client / RTO experience in a compliance role - highly prized!
• Experience with Information Management Systems / Quality Management Systems
• Project Management experience - project management software and application knowledge - preferred
