Job summary

TroyCor Lighting Corporation is seeking a data management professional to perform product and master data entry, update records, and support new item setup across SAP-based systems in a fast-paced environment.

You will validate data, maintain CAD drawings, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and help ensure data accuracy and consistency while enabling efficient product lifecycle processes.

Job description

This role focuses on product and master data management, new item setup, parts data maintenance, and system support. You will perform data entry, validation, and maintenance across company systems while supporting product setup processes and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Perform product and parts data entry, validation, and maintenance

• Update and maintain accurate product records across company systems

• Support master data cleanup initiatives and ongoing data maintenance

• Assist with new product setup and item creation processes

• Create and maintain UPC labels

• Enter and update product dimensions, weights, and specifications in SAP

• Manage finish code updates for parent items and replacement parts

• Support replacement parts data management and ongoing system upkeep

• Analyze product structures and identify opportunities to consolidate commonly used parts

• Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to facilitate parts requests

About you

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience.

• Advanced computer proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.

• Experience with SAP is an advantage.

• Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.

• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
