PM Consulting in the Philippines seeks a Product Data Specialist to manage item data within enterprise systems, ensuring accurate product records and consistent classifications.

You will collaborate with vendors and internal teams on pricing, data governance, and system updates to support reporting and operations.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years’ experience with ERP platforms, Excel, and data structures, driving data quality across the product lifecycle.

• Guide team members in evaluating new or replacement products and vendors, collaborating with internal teams and suppliers to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain standards for product classification, naming conventions, and identification codes to support reporting and operational requirements.
• Oversee regular audits, resolve discrepancies, and ensure billing and charge information is accurately aligned across systems.
• Manage the end-to-end process for adding new products, ensuring all required information is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
• Conduct data quality checks, identify issues, implement corrective actions, and provide guidance to sustain accurate records.
• Support system updates, migrations, and testing activities by validating data and coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
• Provide support for key initiatives that directly impact operations, ensuring accurate product information to enable effective decision-making.
