Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a Master Data Specialist to ensure accurate finished goods data in SAP, manage SKU creation and extensions, and coordinate with Demand Planning, RNPD, Logistics, and Global Master Data teams to sustain reliable data for operations.

You will review and cleanse master data, maintain status, and support container-building data for logistics, with a focus on accuracy, timeliness, and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, information systems, or related field.
• At least 2 years' experience in Master Data Management in FMCG, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP Master Data creation and maintenance.
• Proficient in MS Excel; advanced Excel skills preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with high standards for data accuracy and integrity.
• Ability to analyze, validate, and reconcile data from multiple sources.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage high-volume data.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet strict deadlines.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Create and extend finished goods SKU master data in SAP based on RNPD requirements, ensuring accurate and timely setup.
• Maintain SKU status, including timely phase-out, updates, and other required master data changes in SAP.
• Review, validate, and correct master data using relevant data sources and ensure alignment with Factory and Global Master Data standards.
• Ensure master data required by the EFE Logistics team for container building is complete, accurate, and up to date.
• Conduct regular data reviews and cleansing activities, including the validation of 440+ SKUs and correction of key master data parameters.
• Ensure master data activities meet established accuracy, completeness, and turnaround-time requirements and resolve data discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate with RNPD, Demand Planning, Logistics, Factory, and Global Master Data teams to resolve data issues and maintain data consistency.

About the role

To ensure the accurate, timely, and consistent creation, maintenance, and integrity of finished goods master data in SAP. The role manages SKU creation, extensions, status updates, and data cleansing while coordinating with Demand Planning, RNPD, Logistics, Factory, and Global Master Data teams to maintain reliable data for effective business and logistics operations.
