Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a highly organised Product Data Analyst to support governance, BOM management, PLM, and commercialisation activities. You will maintain data across ERP/PLM, create SKUs and codes, manage BOMs in Oracle EBS/PLM, and ensure data quality throughout the lifecycle.

The role requires 1–2 years in product data management, strong Excel skills, and experience with ECOs and PLM migrations. A related bachelor’s degree and ability to work across teams are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 1–2 years in Product Data Management, BOM creation/maintenance, and PLM systems.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures and product lifecycle processes.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with large datasets focusing on accuracy and validation.
• Experience with ECOs and PLM migration projects.
• Experience supporting commercialisation or product launches.
• Experience with supplier management and sourcing data.
• Experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate product data across the product lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ERP and PLM systems.
• Create and maintain product SKUs, UPC/GTIN, and EAN codes.
• Manage item creation and BOM assignments within Oracle EBS and PLM systems.
• Create and maintain Colour Variant BOMs.
• Support Packaging BOM creation and maintenance.
• Execute ECOs and support engineering transitions.
• Maintain product master data, attributes, hierarchies, and relationships.
• Perform bulk uploads, downloads, and data validation activities.
• Update Planning Details, Sourcing Rules, ASLs, and organisation assignments within Oracle EBS.
• Support PLM migration and commercialisation initiatives.
• Manage supplier quote creation and revisions.
• Create sample requests for Product, Packaging, Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues while ensuring compliance with rules.

What is your mission?

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Product Data Analyst to support product data governance, Bill of Materials (BOM) management, product lifecycle administration, and commercialisation activities. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate product data across ERP and PLM systems, supporting engineering changes, managing product and packaging BOMs, and ensuring data quality throughout the product lifecycle.

You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:

• Manage and validate product data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure product data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across ERP and PLM systems.
• Create and maintain product SKUs, UPC/GTIN, and EAN codes.
• Manage item creation and BOM assignments within Oracle EBS and PLM systems.

Requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• 1 to 2 years of experience in Product Data Management, Bill of Materials (BOM) creation and maintenance, and Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) systems.
• Strong understanding of BOM structures, product lifecycle processes, and product master data management.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Oracle EBS.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience managing large datasets with a strong focus on data accuracy and validation.
• Experience supporting Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) migration projects.
• Experience supporting commercialisation or product launch initiatives.
• Experience with supplier management and sourcing data.
• Experience working within consumer goods, manufacturing, or supply chain environments.
• Knowledge of Country of Origin Diversification (COOD) initiatives.
• Exposure to packaging development and packaging BOM management.
