Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking a Product Data Analyst to support product data governance, BOM management, and lifecycle administration across ERP and PLM systems in Manila.

You will validate data, create SKUs and codes, manage ECOs, and coordinate with engineering, packaging, and commercial teams to maintain data quality throughout the product lifecycle.

This role requires a engineering degree and 2–3 years of PLM/BOM experience, with strong Excel skills and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
• 2-3 years of experience in Product Data Management, BOM creation, and PLM systems.
• Strong knowledge of BOM structures, product lifecycle processes, and product master data management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and validate product data throughout the product lifecycle.
• Ensure data accuracy across ERP and PLM systems.
• Create and maintain SKUs, UPC/GTIN, and EAN codes.
• Manage item creation and BOM assignments within Oracle EBS and PLM systems.
• Support ECOs and engineering transitions.
• Maintain product master data, attributes, hierarchies, and relationships.
• Perform bulk uploads, downloads, and data validation.
• Update planning details, sourcing rules, and supplier lists in Oracle EBS.
• Support PLM migration and commercialization initiatives.
• Monitor and resolve data quality issues per business rules.
