• Strategic thinking with ability to lead tactical programs.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Development/Execution within the site, providing inputs for design reviews and leading plant activities from data to promotion.
• Assist Site Strategic Plan/Annual Contract creation; collaborate with Product Supply on sourcing/capacity expansion and CAPEX budgeting.
• Drive site change management, productivity improvements, and cross-functional teamwork, ensuring delivery while maintaining service levels.
