Job summary

Nestle Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Product Development Executive in Metro Manila to lead development projects from trial to launch. You will support industrialization, coordinate pilot plant trials, and manage recipes to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.

You will apply knowledge of GMP, quality systems, and cross-functional teamwork to drive improvements and cost optimization while delivering training and supporting capability building in manufacturing operations.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in product development, validation, process improvement, or manufacturing operations.
• Experience in food, beverage, dairy, nutrition, or FMCG manufacturing.
• Knowledge of product development, industrial trials, manufacturing processes, and technology transfer activities.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, ISO, food safety, and quality management systems.
• Strong analytical, project management, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead product development projects from trial to commercialization and launch.
• Support the industrialization of product innovations, renovations, and technology transfers within the factory.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute pilot and plant trials, ensuring successful product validation and implementation.
• Manage factory recipes and formulas, ensuring compliance with product specifications, legal requirements, and quality standards.
• Review product performance data and recommend recipe or process adjustments when needed.
• Coordinate raw material and supplier qualification activities, including validation and compliance requirements.
• Maintain manufacturing documentation, product specifications, and related technical records.
• Drive process improvement and cost optimization initiatives to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Provide technical support and problem-solving expertise to manufacturing and cross-functional teams.
• Analyze product and packaging-related consumer complaints and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver training and knowledge-sharing sessions to support capability building within manufacturing operations.
• Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, regulatory, and operational standards.
