Monroe Consulting Group, an executive recruitment firm, partners with a leading multinational FMCG to appoint an IE/MWS Manager for its Antipolo manufacturing facility in the Philippines. The role leads IE and MWS deployment across the plant, driving productivity, capacity optimization, and Lean TPM initiatives while shaping long-term operational strategy and world-class manufacturing excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in Lean Manufacturing, TPM, Operational Excellence, Manufacturing Excellence, or Industrial Engineering within multinational FMCG.
• At least 5 years of managerial leadership leading improvement programs and cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record driving large-scale Lean or TPM transformations within manufacturing environments.
• Experience in highly automated FMCG or food manufacturing facilities preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy the factory IE roadmap, master plan, and capital investment strategy.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing and TPM initiatives to drive productivity, cost competitiveness, and TRS improvements.
• Drive cross-functional improvement programs and workshops for sustainable cost-saving opportunities.
• Own factory performance data, dashboards, KPI scorecards, and reporting for Plant Leadership and regional stakeholders.
• Build IE/MWS team capability through mentorship and structured development programs.
• Ensure Quality, Food Safety (HACCP, GMP) compliance in all improvement initiatives.
