Job summary

Mondelēz International is seeking a Manufacturing Change Leader to support I2M and IIM processes at the site level, ensuring effective planning and execution of changes to products, packaging and processes. You will work on change and innovation management capabilities within the plant or cluster.

You will collaborate with Commercial, Engineering, Manufacturing and R&D stakeholders to drive project delivery, capital budgeting, and integration of innovation plans into site supply.

Qualifications

• Strong operational & manufacturing experience in CPG industry.
• Experience with TPM, 5S, LEAN, 6 Sigma tools and GMP.
• Understanding of end-to-end manufacturing and business processes.
• Project leadership and financial acumen.
• Excellent communication and leadership in teams.
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Interpersonal skills across levels.

Responsibilities

• Support I2M/IIM initiatives at the site, coordinating design reviews and project milestones.
• Collaborate with Product Supply, Engineering and R&D to integrate site plans and CAPEX budgeting.
• Drive change management, simplification, and productivity improvements while maintaining service levels.
• Lead capability-building for business development coordinators and other key stakeholders.
