Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Process Lead in Cainta Rizal, Philippines. The role focuses on owning Centerline/Changeover processes, leading problem solving, and driving loss elimination across the manufacturing line.

The candidate will coach teams, manage change management documentation, and ensure safety standards are met. Qualified individuals bring a technical engineering background with at least five years in manufacturing, strong analytical and leadership capabilities, and experience in packaging

Qualifications

Minimum five (5) years of experience in a manufacturing setup.
Graduate of Mechanical, Electronics, or Electrical Technology or any four-year college course.
Strong analytical mindset with root-cause analysis background.
Experience in printing packaging technology is preferred.
Strong leadership and communication skills as per job requirements.

Responsibilities

Owns and manages Centerline, Changeover and Change Management DMSs.
Leads process definition to identify Centerline targets and document standards.
Leads the team in continuously improving the Changeover.
Analyzes line data to identify and prioritize loss elimination opportunities.
Leads root cause problem solving on chronic losses for the line(s), including IPS/UPS.
