Job summary

optiBPO is seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator based in Mabalacat City, Pampanga to support project delivery by sourcing materials, placing orders, and ensuring timely delivery aligned with programme requirements.

You will collaborate with Project Managers, suppliers, and manufacturing partners to manage lead times, documentation, and communications, protecting quality, cost, and schedule while building strong supplier relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating procurement and supply chain activities for projects.
• Ability to manage supplier lead times, orders, and documentation.
• Strong communication with suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• On-time delivery: ensure orders are placed, tracked, and delivered to schedule.
• Cost control: ensure costs match or beat budget.
• Supplier drawing/schedule sign-off and information validation.
• Provide weekly supply chain reports to management on scores and risks.
• Maintain accurate order history and documentation.
