Job summary

AutoGlobal Group in Cebu is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to own the PR-to-PO cycle, ensure competitive sourcing, accurate PO issuance in NetSuite, and timely handoff to Accounts Payable for 3-way matching.

You will lead a small procurement team, set sourcing targets, coach staff, and work closely with Accounts Payable, Inventory, Operations, and Finance in a digital-first environment with structured procurement reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/related field.
• 4–5 years procurement experience.
• 3+ years supervisory experience.
• Hands-on vendor sourcing, RFQ/canvassing, PO issuance.
• Proficient in NetSuite or a similar ERP.
• Advanced Excel for vendor comparisons and spend reporting.
• Knowledge of procurement controls and audit documentation.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Purchase requisition processing and budget checks.
• Sourcing and vendor selection with RFQs.
• PO creation and management in NetSuite.
• Vendor accreditation and performance monitoring.
• Coordinate receiving and 3-way matching with AP.
• Track price trends and contract renewal dates.
• Ensure compliance with delegation and audit requirements.
• Lead and coach Procurement Staff/Buyers.
