Job summary

Highpoint Property Ventures in Cebu City seeks a procurement professional to manage purchasing activities across multiple industries, including obtaining quotations, negotiating terms, and preparing PRs/POs.

You will monitor deliveries, coordinate with warehouses and project teams, and maintain procurement records to ensure adherence to policy and budget. The role requires at least 2 years of procurement experience and strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any course; Purchasing/Supply Chain background is an advantage.
• At least 2 years of purchasing experience, preferably in a multi-industry environment.
• Knowledge of procurement, supplier management and inventory control.
• Experience with ERP/purchasing systems and advanced MS Excel.
• Strong negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Willing to be assigned within Cebu areas.
• Detail-oriented with integrity and accountability.

• Obtain quotations and negotiate pricing and terms.
• Prepare purchase requests and purchase orders.
• Monitor deliveries and supplier performance.
