Job summary

Nidec Subic Philippines in the Philippines is seeking a procurement professional to manage P.O. and PR creation in SAP, handle quotations and invoices, coordinate local shipments, monitor inventory, and oversee supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Electronics, Computer, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
• Hard working and goal oriented.
• Can work long hours and shifting schedule.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Service, Industrial or Electronic Industry is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• P.O. and PR creation (SAP System)
• Filing of P.O., PR and Quotation
• Parking of received invoices
• P.O. Cancellation
• Processing for local shipment (Local transhipment, cashbond)
• Checking of Inventory
• Monitoring of Delivery from Supplier
• Negotiating price from Supplier
• Updating of deliveries, checking of raw and purchased parts of Production
