Job summary

Insight in Pasig, NCR is seeking a Buyer I to manage procurement and supplier relationships for manufacturer and publisher lines. You will support operational strategy, negotiate with suppliers, and ensure data accuracy while collaborating across internal teams.

The role requires at least two years in buying or related fields, familiarity with global procurement processes, and experience with SAP and Excel.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience within a buyer, purchasing or customer service-related role.
• Exposure to global procurement processes (preferred)
• Experience using SAP
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• High attention to detail and adaptability
• Basic Excel proficiency

Responsibilities

• Create and execute purchase orders (POs).
• Process goods receipts (GR) for POs.
• Reconcile invoice variances with accounting and suppliers.
• Manage supplier inquiries and lead times within SLAs.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, freight, and licensing.
• Maintain data accuracy and cross-train teammates.
• Use Microsoft Teams and ticketing system for communication.
