18 DEGREES AIR COOLING SOLUTIONS INC. is seeking a diligent Purchasing Staff to manage procurement activities and supplier relationships for residential and commercial projects.

You will coordinate inventory, review purchase orders, and ensure timely delivery of materials to support operations. The role requires at least 1 year in purchasing or SCM, strong Excel skills, and excellent negotiation and communication abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/operations management or related field.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in purchasing or supply chain management.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of procurement best practices and SCM principles.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of inventory management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of materials.
• Source and negotiate with suppliers to obtain quality products at competitive prices.
• Review and process purchase orders from various departments.
• Communicate with vendors to resolve delivery issues or delays.
• Collaborate with the warehouse team to schedule and coordinate deliveries.
• Keep track of purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing, and lead times.
• Continuously review and improve procurement and supply chain processes.
• Stay up to date on industry trends and market changes to inform purchasing decisions.
• Assist in special projects and perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
