Job summary

Japas Cooling Solutions Corporation in Rizal is seeking an experienced Procurement/Purchaser to manage the procurement process for goods and services, conduct market research, and identify potential suppliers.

The role requires strong negotiation, analytical skills, and the ability to work under pressure; you will prepare PRs/POs, monitor stock, and ensure compliance with regulations while building lasting vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or any related field.
• Preferably with 5 Months of experience in Procurement and Purchasing.
• Knowledgeable in supplier sourcing, canvassing, negotiation, and purchasing processes.
• Knowledgeable in preparing Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), supplier quotations inventory management, and stock monitoring.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Experience in Construction, Engineering, HVAC, or related industries is an advantage but not required
• Possession of a valid driver's license and the ability to drive a motorcycle and/or four-wheel vehicle is an advantage, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with procurement regulations and policies.
• Evaluate vendor performance and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
