Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or Logistics or related field required.
• 1 to 3+ years of purchasing, procurement, or admin/inventory experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Canvassing.
• Strong negotiation, communication, analytical thinking, attention to detail and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Research potential suppliers, compare price quotes, evaluate vendor reliability, product quality and delivery history.
• Negotiate pricing, discounts, delivery schedules and payment terms with suppliers.
• Generate, approve, and track purchase orders (POs) and coordinate deliveries with receiving teams.
• Monitor stock levels, review requisition forms, and coordinate reorders to prevent shortages or overstocking.
• Maintain accurate purchasing logs, inspect delivery dockets and resolve discrepancies with vendors.

Sotogrande Hotel & Resorts is looking for Purchasing Staff in Sotogrande Iloilo Hotel Inc. located in Green Meadows Avenue, Brgy. Tacas Jaro, Iloilo City. Purchasing Staff manages the end-to-end procurement of food, beverages, housekeeping supplies, engineering parts, and services while keeping costs low and quality high.

Key responsibilities
