Job summary

RELX INC in Iloilo is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement, supplier sourcing, and compliance. You will coordinate with Global Procurement, run competitive quotations, and govern annual bidding while ensuring budget alignment and audit-ready documentation.

You should have a bachelor’s degree and at least three years in procurement or supply chain, with proven supplier management, contract negotiations, RFQ/RFP administration, and strong Excel-based analytics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum three years in procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain operations.
• Experience in supplier management, contract negotiations, RFQ/RFP administration, and end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while ensuring compliance with policies.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee end-to-end procurement lifecycle, including requisition validation, supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, and purchase execution.
• Lead commercial negotiations with suppliers to optimize costs and manage risks.
• Plan and govern annual bidding activities ensuring policy compliance and audit readiness.
• Represent REPH at conferences and industry forums to identify new suppliers and innovations.
• Collaborate with Global Procurement to align with latest policies and standards.
• Onboard and govern supplier accreditation, ensuring compliance and documentation.
• Monitor contracts and renewal milestones, flag risks and deviations for action.
• Maintain accurate vendor master data for transparency and governance.
• Mitigate procurement risks and drive continuous process improvements.
