Job summary

Qualifications

• Basic negotiation and relationship-building skills to coordinate with suppliers and vendors.
• Proficiency in inventory software or Microsoft Excel for tracking stock levels.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, weigh, and log incoming food and beverage deliveries.
• Maintain accurate stock records and rotate stock using FIFO where applicable.
