About the role

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end vendor accreditation process, from evaluation to approval.
• Conduct vendor due diligence through document verification, financial analysis, market research, and supplier validation.
• Assess vendor eligibility, accreditation requirements, and potential business risks.
• Validate supplier information and supporting documents to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee vendor onboarding and registration in the procurement system.
• Monitor and maintain accurate vendor records and accreditation documentation.
• Conduct annual vendor performance assessments and coordinate with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify and elevate potential supplier risks or compliance concerns.
• Perform other related procurement and vendor management activities as assigned.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of work-related experience in Vendor Accreditation, Supplier Due Diligence, Procurement, Supplier/Vendor Management, or related functions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and document review skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
• Able to manage multiple vendors and tasks while meeting deadlines.
