Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement.
• Experience in Supply Chain Operations in real estate is an advantage.
• Experience in Logistics and Warehouse Operations is an advantage.
• Graduate with Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain Management or relevant.

Responsibilities

• Perform procurement activities in accordance with established processes, policies, and procedures.
• Handle sourcing activities for equipment, goods, and service providers needed by the business.
• Acquire new vendors and/or suppliers to maintain a pool.
• Review, evaluate, and approve specifications for issuing and awarding of bids with proponents.
• Negotiate vendor terms, prices, and scheduled delivery for timely serving of supplies and services.
