About the role
The Supply Chain Specialist supports the efficient procurement, coordination, and delivery of materials, supplies, and services required by the company. The role ensures timely sourcing, proper inventory coordination, supplier management, and compliance with established procurement and supply chain procedures.
Key responsibilities
- Source materials, supplies, and services from qualified suppliers; prepare and evaluate quotations, purchase requests, and purchase orders in accordance with company requirements
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times, deliveries, and other commercial requirements; maintain accurate supplier records and monitor supplier performance
- Monitor material requirements, stock availability, and delivery schedules to ensure timely availability of supplies for project and operational needs
- Track purchase orders, deliveries, and outstanding requirements; identify potential delays or supply issues and coordinate appropriate solutions while supporting cost-effective procurement
- Maintain complete and accurate procurement and supply chain records and ensure transactions comply with company policies, approved budgets, and established procedures
About you
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, or materials management
- Experience in real estate development, construction, property development, or a related industry is an advantage
- Knowledge of procurement processes, supplier sourcing, quotation evaluation, purchase orders, and delivery monitoring
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and comfortable working with procurement, inventory, or ERP systems (Acumatica)
- Strong ability to analyze pricing, costs, lead times, and supplier performance
- Strong negotiation and supplier coordination skills
- Good organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
- Strong communication and coordination skills with suppliers, project teams, warehouse, finance, and other departments
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and meet procurement and delivery deadlines
