Job summary

JoyRide Superapp in the Philippines is looking for a Purchasing Supervisor/Assistant Manager to manage the full procurement process from sourcing to delivery. The role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

You will drive supplier relationships, negotiate favorable prices, oversee purchase orders and documentation, and ensure timely deliveries while maintaining compliance and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management or related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain management, or purchasing roles.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Highly detail-oriented with structured task management.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship building.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and build relationships with suppliers to meet internal and external merchandise requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers to obtain competitive pricing, ensuring items meet quality and requirements.
• Oversee and maintain procurement documentation, including Price Lists, Purchase Orders, supplier contracts, and other related files.
• Review, compare, and analyze price quotations and product specifications to make informed procurement decisions.
• Monitor and ensure orders are delivered on time and match specifications and quantities requested.
• Regularly assess supplier performance in terms of quality, cost, reliability, and adherence to delivery schedules.
• Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies and regulations, and prepare regular reports on procurement activities for management review.
