Job summary

Angkas (DBDOYC, Inc) in Manila is seeking a Procurement Supervisor to lead end-to-end sourcing and supplier management, driving cost savings and process improvements while ensuring policy compliance.

You will manage a procurement team, oversee vendor performance, and coordinate with stakeholders to deliver timely, cost-effective sourcing of goods and services. This role offers onsite or remote flexibility within the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Proven work experience as Purchasing Officer, Procurement Officer, Purchasing Agent or similar role.
• Good knowledge of vendor sourcing practices (researching, evaluating and liaising with vendors).
• Strong Negotiation skills.
• Understanding of procurement procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage a full procurement process including sourcing and managing vendors and stakeholders according to SLAs, creating and reviewing spec sheets and quotes, site inspections, payment processing, etc.
• General work reporting.
• Miscellaneous tasks needed within the Procurement team.
• Research potential vendors.
• Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers.
• Track orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Enter order details (vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases.
• Adhere to company policy and procedures.
• Achieve or exceed targets and other key objectives assigned by your Immediate Manager
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Accept other associated responsibilities and projects as the need arises.
