JoyRide Superapp is seeking a Purchasing Supervisor/Assistant Manager to oversee the full procurement cycle from sourcing to delivery at our Rizal site in Antipolo. The role requires strong organizational skills, rigorous attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

Key duties include supplier relationship management, price negotiation, maintaining PO and contract records, and ensuring timely, accurate deliveries while upholding company policies and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Business Management or related field.
• Prior experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing roles.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Detail-oriented with a structured approach to task management.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong negotiation skills and supplier relationship building.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Identify, research, and build relationships with suppliers to meet merchandise requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing and quality.
• Maintain procurement documentation (Price Lists, POs, contracts, files).
• Review quotations and product specifications to inform decisions.
• Monitor orders to ensure on-time delivery and accuracy.
• Assess supplier performance on quality, cost, reliability, and delivery.
