Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Specialist to lead the execution of strategic sourcing and contracting strategies.

You will integrate spend across operational facilities, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve substantial cost savings, mitigate supply risks, and drive efficiency in line with targets. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any business-related or Behavioral Science course (Engineering degree is preferred).
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Strong analytical capabilities, proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation, risk management, and excellent stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing & Strategy: Collaborate with business stakeholders and analytics teams to analyze spend, commodity data, and market trends. Conduct supply chain risk assessments, identify qualified vendors, and develop data-driven sourcing strategies to ensure supply continuity.
• Contracting & Negotiation: Draft contract terms in coordination with technical, legal, and commercial teams. Lead contract negotiations, prepare negotiation envelopes (BATNA, desired outcomes, least acceptable terms), conduct financial evaluations, and recommend contract awards.
• Supplier & Stakeholder Management: Oversee contract roll-outs, support vendor performance evaluations, and foster strong supplier relationships. Resolve delivery or payment issues and partner with Procurement Operations for flawless execution.
• Compliance & Standards: Manage agreement renewals and re-sourcing activities. Adhere strictly to ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001, and ISO 27001 standards, as well as internal information security and health/safety policies.
