Job summary

HRTX in Makati is seeking a Procurement Specialist to manage end-to-end procurement for materials, equipment, and services. The role collaborates with Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse, and Finance to support project execution while maintaining quality and cost competitiveness.

You will source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, monitor orders, and ensure on-time delivery. A Bachelor's degree and 2–5 years in procurement are preferred, with ERP and Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 2–5 years procurement or purchasing experience.
• Experience in engineering, construction, renewable energy, electrical, manufacturing, or industrial industries preferred.
• Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiation.
• Experience with ERP/procurement management systems is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, project-driven environment.

• Manage end-to-end procurement cycle: sourcing, RFQs, supplier evaluation, PO processing, delivery coordination.
• Ensure timely procurement to support project schedules and operations.
• Monitor PO progress and supplier commitments for on-time delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and accredit suppliers for best value.
• Build and maintain supplier relationships and assess performance.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, lead times, and contracts within policy.

Job Overview

The Procurement Specialist will manage the end-to-end procurement process and ensure the timely, cost-effective, and efficient acquisition of materials, equipment, and services required for company operations and projects. The role works closely with Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse, and Finance teams to support project execution while maintaining quality, supplier performance, and cost competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement cycle, including sourcing, quotation requests, supplier evaluation, purchase order processing, and delivery coordination.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials, equipment, and services to support project schedules and operational requirements.
• Monitor purchase orders and supplier commitments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Source, evaluate, and accredit suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality, and reliability.
• Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and contractors.
• Conduct supplier performance evaluations and recommend improvements.
• Obtain and evaluate supplier quotations to ensure the best value for the organization.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, lead times, and commercial agreements within approved procurement policies.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities while maintaining product quality and project timelines.
• Coordinate with Warehouse and Project teams to monitor inventory levels and forecast procurement requirements.
• Assist in inventory planning and procurement forecasting.
• Prepare and maintain procurement records, purchase orders, supplier contracts, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies and internal controls.
• Support audit requirements by maintaining complete and accurate procurement documentation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Project Management, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics teams to support project execution.
• Resolve procurement‑related issues that may impact project timelines or operational efficiency.
• Provide regular procurement status updates and reports to management.
