Job summary

evoke is seeking a Procurement Representative to support global procurement operations via the Manila Finance Shared Services Center. You will create accurate purchase requisitions in Oracle Fusion, ensure compliance, and assist with PO processing and invoice issue resolution.

You will collaborate with stakeholders, monitor approvals, and help resolve aging invoices. The role includes contributing to process improvements and maintaining procurement documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a four-year business-related program.
• At least 3 years of procurement/contract management experience.
• Experience in BPO/Shared Service environment preferred.
• Familiar with Oracle Fusion Finance System and procurement processes.
• Strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Process and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in Oracle Fusion with accuracy and compliance.
• Monitor PR/PO approvals, coordinate amendments, cancellations, and closures; perform goods receipt on delivery.
• Identify non-compliant, duplicate, or retrospective purchasing requests and escalate as needed.
• Manage aging invoice cases and coordinate with stakeholders to resolve PR/PO payment issues.

The Procurement Representative supports global procurement operations for the evoke Group through the Manila Finance Shared Services Center (SSC). The role is responsible for creating accurate and compliant purchase requisitions in Oracle Fusion, ensuring all requests meet procurement requirements and approval workflows. They coordinate with stakeholders, support purchase order processing, and help resolve invoice issues related to missing or incorrect procurement information, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and efficient service delivery.

What you will be doing

• Transactional Procurement & PO Management (60%)
• Process and manage purchase requisitions (PRs) and purchase orders (POs) in Oracle Fusion, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and complete supporting documentation.
• Monitor PR/PO approvals, coordinate amendments, cancellations, and closures, and perform goods receipting upon confirmation of delivery.
• Identify and elevate non-compliant, duplicate, or retrospective purchasing requests.
• Manage assigned aging invoice cases by coordinating with stakeholders to resolve PR/PO-related payment issues and ensure timely invoice processing.

• Stakeholder Management (30%)
• Collaborate with business owners, internal stakeholders, and suppliers to support procurement activities.
• Resolve procurement-related queries and elevate contract, PR, or PO discrepancies where required.

• Process Improvement (10%)
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of procurement processes and best practices.
• Maintain and update procurement documentation, procedures, and process changes.

Who we are looking for

• Graduate of any four-year business course, preferable related to Procurement/Supply Chain Management, Business Management or the equivalent
• Must have at least 3 years work experience in Procurement/Contract Management and preferably experience in BPO/Shared Service industry.
• Relevant experience in preparing, reviewing and agreeing technical terms and conditions in purchase contracts and service agreements.
• Knowledge in Procurement/Purchasing is a must
• Knowledge in Supply Chain Management is desirable
• Knowledge in Oracle Fusion Finance System
• Must have a good oral and written communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications specifically in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
