Job summary

Asticom Technology Inc. is seeking a Purchasing Specialist to manage day-to-day procurement execution, supplier coordination, and workflows. You will evaluate requisitions, conduct RFx processes, negotiate terms, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to support operations.

The role covers PR-to-PO execution, logistics coordination, vendor relationship management, and ongoing system/process optimization to improve P2P efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Behavioral Science, or Engineering.
• 1–3 years of hands-on purchasing, procurement operations or supply chain experience.
• Strong negotiation, attention to detail, and stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• PR-to-PO execution: evaluate PRs, issue RFQs/RFPs, negotiate pricing and terms, and process POs.
• Logistics & import coordination with freight forwarders and government agencies.
• Vendor management and SSAs; resolve delivery or invoice discrepancies.
• Optimize P2P cycle times and maintain ERP vendor master (Oracle/Maximo).
