Job summary

HDEC DONGAH JOINT VENTURE is seeking a procurement professional for the South Commuter Railway Project (SCRP). The role focuses on managing contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, conducting bid evaluations, and ensuring timely delivery in line with project plans.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in infrastructure procurement, a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field, and strong Excel skills for price analysis and data organization.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of procurement or subcontract management experience in infrastructure or building projects.

• Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, including negotiations and performance monitoring.
• Prepare bidding documents and conduct bid evaluations to select suppliers and subcontractors.
• Source and pre-qualify potential suppliers and subcontractors according to project requirements and activity scope.
• Analyze and compare prices, quotations, and commercial conditions using Excel.
• Receive task instructions from a Korean Project Manager and coordinate with construction, planning, and cost control teams to support project progress.

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, including negotiations and performance monitoring

• Prepare bidding documents and conduct bid evaluation to select suppliers and subcontractors

• Source and pre-qualify potential suppliers and subcontractors according to project requirements and each activity scope

• Analyze and compare prices, quotations, and commercial conditions using Microsoft Excel

• Receive task instructions and work direction directly from a Korean Project Manager

• Coordinate with construction, planning, and cost control teams to support project progress

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement and/or subcontract management for infrastructure or building projects

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g. cost comparison, quotation analysis, data organization)

Preferably someone who can start immediately.
