Job summary

KadaKareer is seeking a graduate of BS Civil Engineering to manage procurement and materials monitoring for construction projects in Metro Manila and provincial areas. Key responsibilities include handling procurement, preparing estimates, monitoring budgets, coordinating with suppliers, and assisting higher-level engineers. This position is suitable for candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience or fresh graduates willing to start as soon as possible. Deployment will be required in NCR and provincial projects.

Manage procurement, materials monitoring, billing, and scheduling for construction projects in NCR and provincial areas.

Your Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Handle procurement of construction materials.
• Prepare estimates, proposals, and quotations for value engineering works.
• Regularly monitor materials, budget, and expenses.
• Coordinate with suppliers regarding deliveries.
• Manage billings from subcontractors and trades.
• Generate or assist in preparing project expense reports, materials monitoring KPIs, and other departmental reports.
• Assist higher-level engineers with daily workload.
• Create master schedules and monitor project progress and delays.
• Prepare documents for all office activities and transactions.
• Perform other tasks as assigned.

About You
