Job summary

2GO Group is seeking a procurement professional in Pasay to transform requisitions into purchase orders, review requests for completeness, and maintain accurate procurement records. You will coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely transactions and compliance with policies.

The role welcomes fresh graduates and those with up to 3 years of related experience, especially with ERP/Procure-to-Pay systems. A strong eye for detail and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply.
• Up to 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, logistics, shared services, finance, or customer support is an advantage.
• Experience using ERP or Procure-to-Pay systems is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process approved Purchase Requisitions into Purchase Orders.
• Review procurement requests for completeness and compliance.
• Create, amend, cancel, and close Purchase Orders.
• Coordinate with suppliers, Business Units, Finance, Accounts Payable, and Receiving to facilitate timely procurement transactions.
• Monitor deliveries and resolve operational issues.
• Escalate sourcing, pricing, and contractual concerns to responsible Procurement group.
• Manage assigned procurement transactions and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
• Monitor aging PRs, POs, pending documentation, and transaction status.
• Maintain complete and accurate procurement records.
• Guide requestors on procurement processes, documentation requirements, and procurement procedures.
• Provide timely updates on procurement transaction status.
• Ensure procurement transactions comply with Procurement Policy, Delegation of Authority, and internal controls.
• Maintain transaction accuracy and documentation readiness for audit.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements.
• Support testing, implementation, and adoption of procurement system enhancements.
