Job summary

2GO Group in the Philippines is seeking a Procurement Fulfillment leader to drive end-to-end purchasing from PR to PO, ensuring efficient, accurate, and disruption-free operations.

You will lead a centralized team, monitor SLA performance, manage workload, and coordinate with business units, suppliers, and finance to deliver goods on time.

Bachelor's in supply chain or related field, 3–5 years' procurement experience, and ERP/P2P proficiency required; attractive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • 3–5 years of procurement, purchasing, or procurement operations experience.
  • Experience with ERP/Procure-to-Pay platforms (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba).
  • Supervisory experience leading a procurement team.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end execution of Purchase Fulfillment from approved PR through PO issuance.
  • Ensure transactions are processed accurately, timely, and per SLAs.
  • Manage team workload, queues, backlog and prioritization to meet turnaround times.
  • Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve delivery.
  • Coordinate with Business Units, suppliers, Finance, AP and Strategic Procurement.

You'll drive operational excellence by ensuring service levels, procurementcontrols, workload management, supplier coordination, and stakeholderexperience are consistently delivered. Through continuous processimprovement and strong team leadership, you'll help ensure the right goods andservices reach the business on time - enabling seamless operations and creatingvalue across the organization.

Your mission..
Procurement FulfillmentOperations
  • Leadthe end-to-end execution of Purchase Fulfillment activities from approvedPurchase Requisition through Purchase Order issuance and transactioncompletion.
  • Ensureprocurement transactions are processed accurately, timely, and inaccordance with established service level agreements.
  • Manageteam workload, work queues, backlog, and transaction prioritization toachieve agreed turnaround times.
  • Monitoroperational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve servicedelivery.
Stakeholder & SupplierCoordination
  • Coordinatewith Business Units, suppliers, Finance, Accounts Payable, Receiving, andStrategic Procurement to facilitate timely procurement execution.
  • Resolveoperational issues and elevate commercial or contractual concerns toStrategic Procurement.
  • Lead,coach, develop, and evaluate Purchase Fulfillment Specialists.
  • Ensureconsistency, productivity, quality, and compliance across the team.
Compliance & Controls
  • Ensureprocurement transactions comply with Procurement Policy, Delegation ofAuthority, and internal controls.
  • Reviewtransaction quality and identify operational risks.
  • Identifyrecurring operational issues, recommend process improvements, and supportautomation initiatives.
  • Partnerwith Procurement Systems & Continuous Improvement to improveworkflows, dashboards, and operational performance.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in SupplyChain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics,Commerce, Engineering, or a related discipline.

Experience
  • Minimum5 years of procurement, purchasing, shared services, or procurementoperations experience.
  • Minimum2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
  • Experiencewith ERP or Procure-to-Pay platforms (SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba, orequivalent).
  • Experiencemanaging procurement transaction processing, service delivery, andoperational KPIs.
