Job summary

You will develop tools, maintain records, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues and improve processes. Strong communication, attention to detail, and experience with MS Office and ServiceNow are preferred.

• Experience with PO dispatch and procurement support.
• Experience handling ServiceNow tickets and inquiries.
• Strong written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process PO dispatch requests accurately to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets related to procurement inquiries.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding PO procedures and system navigation.
• Liaise with internal/external stakeholders to facilitate PO processing and issue resolution.
• Maintain up-to-date records/logs of PO dispatch activities and correspondences.
• Identify process improvements and elevate priority issues with follow-up.
• Develop an understanding of the JLL business environment.
• Build effective internal relationships to achieve business goals.
• Support ad-hoc projects as required.
