Job summary

JLL is hiring for an on-site procurement support role in Taguig, Philippines. The role provides comprehensive support to the S&P APAC Team Lead and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to company policies and effective procurement processes across the APAC region.

You will build relationships with staff, vendors and clients, manage logs and records, and assist with supplier onboarding, COI compliance, and purchase orders. A multi-disciplinary team mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience with exposure procurement services and practices.
• Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects with competing timelines.
• Demonstrates a sense of urgency in completing objectives on time.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support to the S&P APAC Team Lead, Stakeholders/Clients on Account and S&P APAC Team Members in accordance with company policies, procedures and processes.
• Deliver timely responses to platform-related inquiries from internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Coordinate with Account Teams to ensure smooth process handovers; manage ad-hoc procurement activities across the APAC region.
• Assist with project and client creation in procurement systems; create and monitor supplier scorecards.
