Job summary

JLL Philippines is seeking a procurement support specialist to assist the Sourcing & Procurement Team across regions with PO dispatch operations and ServiceNow ticket management. You will help develop and update tools and resources to enhance efficiency for JLL and its clients.

The role involves processing PO dispatch requests, tracking ServiceNow tickets, guiding internal stakeholders on PO procedures, and building strong internal relationships to minimize risk and achieve value-based outcomes

Responsibilities

• Manage and process PO dispatch requests in a timely and accurate manner to meet business requirements.
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets related to procurement inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution and escalation when necessary.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding PO dispatch procedures and system navigation.
• Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally to facilitate smooth PO processing and issue resolution
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records/logs of PO dispatch activities and ServiceNow ticket correspondences
• Identify process improvement opportunities and elevate priority issues with appropriate follow-up

Duties & Responsibilities

This role reports directly to the Sourcing & Procurement Team Leader and involves supporting the Procurement team across all regions with Purchase Order (PO) dispatch operations and ServiceNow ticket management. Developing and updating key tools and resources to support the business will add value and efficiency to JLL and its Clients.

• Manage and process PO dispatch requests in a timely and accurate manner to meet business requirements
• Monitor and manage ServiceNow tickets related to procurement inquiries, ensuring efficient resolution and escalation when necessary
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders regarding PO dispatch procedures and system navigation
• Liaise with key stakeholders internally and externally to facilitate smooth PO processing and issue resolution
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate records/logs of PO dispatch activities and ServiceNow ticket correspondences
• Identify process improvement opportunities and elevate priority issues with appropriate follow-up
• Develop an understanding of the business environment in which JLL operates
• Proactively develop and maintain effective internal relationships to facilitate the achievement of business goals
• Work with internal stakeholders to achieve value-based outcomes and minimize risk to JLL
• Support ad-hoc projects as required
